Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of www.snappouch.com and all purchases made on it. The website is operated by Magic Gulf Tobacco Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+ only)
Snap products contain nicotine. You must be 18 years of age or older to access this website, create an account, or buy products, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and from transacting on it. We may ask for proof of age at any time, including at delivery.

2. Product health warning
This product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Do not use Snap products if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • are under 18 years of age;
  • are a non-smoker or non-tobacco user;
  • are allergic to nicotine or any of the ingredients; or
  • have hypertension, an unstable heart condition, or diabetes.

Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Snap products are not a smoking cessation product and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if age verification fails, fraud is suspected, a pricing error has occurred, or we are required to by law. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5% unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. If you make a payment for our products on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must keep a copy of their transaction records and of our policies.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within the UAE only, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Restrictions on resale
Products are sold for personal use only. You must not resell our products or supply them to anyone under 18.

8. Sanctioned countries
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, or to countries under sanctions applicable in the UAE.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Magic Gulf Tobacco Trading LLC, including the Snap name, logo, images, text, and designs. You may not use or copy it without our written permission.

10. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes providing false information, attempting unauthorised access, or posting unlawful content, including anything in breach of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. This includes losses caused by misuse, or by use contrary to the health warnings and instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

12. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted. Please review this page regularly.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
