2. Place the Pouch Between Gum and Lip
Gently take one pouch and place it between your upper lip and gum, preferably on the side of your mouth. The pouch is designed to sit comfortably and stay in place. There’s no need to chew, bite, or suck on the pouch — let it rest and release flavour and nicotine naturally.
3. Feel the Flavour
Within a few minutes, you’ll start to feel the effect and taste the flavour profile—whether it's ice mint, fresh cherry, or something in between.
